On March 15, the Global Customer Festival of Piling Used Machines was held in XCMG Foundation Intelligent Manufacturing Base. Through intelligent and high-end re-manufacturing technology, XCMG transforms used cell phone resources into re-manufactured products that can be sold, giving new life to old equipment. At the event, the whole series of XCMG used piling products were introduced, and the policy of used cell phone customers was interpreted. Rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall hydraulic grabs, two-wheeled slot milling machine ...... all models, diversified product matrix, to be refurbished, fully refurbished re-manufactured products, all for customers to test experience. More than 100 sets of equipment were sold on the spot, and customers kept inquiring for orders, and the sales were booming. The "This vehicle is sold" sign was very bright, fully demonstrating the excellent quality and market attractiveness of XCMG re-manufactured products.
Re-manufacturing is not the same as "refurbishment", but the advanced form of recycling economy and the new mode of upgrading and transformation of equipment manufacturing industry. XCMG foundation re-manufacturing business began in early 2013, has accumulated more than 1,500 sets of re-manufactured products and 6,000 core parts for piling, non-excavation and roadheading machines, and has realized independent research and development of re-manufacturing special products such as hybrid oil-electric, reverse cycle and low headroom rotary drilling rigs.
